When you request an appointment or an online consultation, your details (name, phone number, age, governorate and reason for consultation) are sent directly to the clinic team via WhatsApp. The website does not keep this information on its servers; it is used only to contact you and arrange your appointment.
Medical reports
Reports and scans you send via WhatsApp are seen only by Prof. Tarek Helmy’s medical team, for the purpose of assessing your case, and are not shared with anyone else without your consent.
Browsing data
We use measurement tools such as Google and Meta to help our content reach the people who need it. These tools may use cookies and do not include any medical information about you. You can turn them off in your browser settings.
Sharing of information
We do not share your personal information with anyone.
